feel so much better after venting it all out
i can look forward to a great weekend :)
the more i edit the recordings of this particular lesson the more i'm pissed
t'was the final day before my exam
i was already in a state of panick until i forgot to switch off my handphone. i already couldn't understand a single thing that the teacher was talking and suddenly my handphone vibrated. What was worse was that i made the mistake of replying which got me even angrier with the replies - no need to reply to me, really uneccessary. What was even worst that the person was arguing for nothing with me when previously i had already told the truth - so why dispute? the truth is the truth, there's nothing subjective bcos it is the absolute truth. i made the mistake of thinking that the person is matured enough to handle it.
the person didn't know the hell i was going through - and of course the person would sure be saying the same thing but c'mon, grow up, really. If someone of ten years of age older than u gives u an advice - seriously - just shut up and take it. Dun like, throw it one side and just nicely reply instead of going all emo on me - i'm human, not a punching bag, dang it.
Really it has come to a point that even talking to Dai Gor has badly affected me. i want to help but after that ugly incident i hate giving advices for fear of another wave of retort and exasperation by anyone, even of whom of my age. It has come to a point that i just want to see everyone's life pass me by, just like that, n i'll just shut myself out and not meet or talk to anyone. Really, i have no confidence in meeting anyone at this point in time.
Apology? Do we play the blame game? May i? Seriously i'm badly affected. If i should blame i'll take it upon myself - for being a friend to that person.
i'd decided - i want my space, too noisy. So i ended the whole thing nicely. Whatever happens from now i want no part of it - bcos it's infinitely noisy on my side - i have my own unsolved problems. Try having someone throwing so many problems at you every single day without being solved or having no desire to be solved.
i should've known not to try to keep in contact when i'd decided never to.
most job agents are from the same company but everytime each of them calls up i've to tell them the same thing over and over again - it's really tiring.
Excuses
(this also applies to job agents from other job recruitment companies)
- we have too many applicants, can't expect us to remember each and everyone of you
- it's a hassle to take out the applicant's profile - i'll just call up to get the commission to meet the sales target that's it
No matter what the job agent is doing a service to the applicant = CUSTOMER service in fact. Every customer counts. Treat each applicant as a personal client - that's the level of service a job agent should give, regardless of the applicant's social or academic status. Please take the time to read the applicant's profile, consider whether the applicant matches the job and its availabilty before calling the applicant.
bad quotes examples
- "I have this job for you but this job requires you to ...... but you can't." - since it's so dang obvious why call then?!
- "We'll keep you informed." Cliche, so many job agent say the same thing but applicant still unemployed
Please remember you are not the only job agent the applicant has applied to.
Applicants who are not working doesn't mean that they are free. They too are engrossed in what they do - they may be studying even. Please do not waste the applicant's time by giving sloppy service.
Please invest in a good search data system that displays the applicant's availability status. This saves your time in calling to ask the applicant and if the applicant is still looking for a job.
Remember, your aim is not to waste the applicant's time and give personalised service to each applicant. Never treat the applicant as if you are in a slave market selling a slave off to get your commission.
a good toothpaste but too hot for the sensitive teeth and gums. Perhaps they would like to reduce the "hotness" of it while preserving its concentration of its active ingredient and include gum protection for sensitive teeth i'll definitely switch to Colgate
one more thing maybe they would like to improve. Their mouthwash. The blue one i tried was too sweet - i think there's alcohol there? not sure. Haven't tried the pink one for sensitive one - hopefully it's not sweet and not minty. They should make it no sugar and take out the mint for sensitive gums and teeth
again the word here is sensitive teeth AND gums (teeth grow out of gums duh)
they should have thought more about it before bringing out into the market?
sheesh i'm supposed to study!!! but also want to do one Tezuka x Fuji fanfic before this year ends. Ended up Fuji x Tezuka instead...aiya nem mind lah, still Tezuka n Fuji together ma XD

hmm..Paps has been so busy that he din say anything more on his starrystarryblog...of all the days i decided to read his other blog ;p
i've been thinking about what Kai said months ago of his worries of unable to take time for his AFA cosplay preparation..i hope all goes well for u
i'd realised i really need a camera...i dun mind a cheap one..Courts having sale..maybe got chance for a real cheap one? ah no, i just looked into their promotions..dun think so..nem mind, AFA allows me to take pictures of cosplayers in close proximity
i dun mind not having a job now..cos i'd realised there's so much to prepare for my final exam. So i'm not actively in searching, i just wait for someone to call me up for a job offer, that's all
just read about Nat's thanksgiving to Saint Anthony of Padua and her Scotts' Bag Scam really scares me - even leaving things in the office, getting one colleague to take care of things while everyone goes to buy food - things can go horribly missing. i had one big pouch of stuffs with important documents missing - it took like an eternity..then someone returned it back - not one single thing was stole
Paps keeps saying the same thing over n over to me something about rushing "to get there" i tried not to, really but always the frustration overwhelms me n i'm hit with the same lesson over and over again. But now after counselling i'm a little clearer so heehee, i'm really happy n proud of my new more aware self X3
