long time haven't sat in the car ride. Marah at the wheel, me at the passengar seat yakking n laughing out loud about lotsa - even no-holds-barred - things

n really it's been so long since we did this: long conversations til quite late with mo hitori no boku..lotsa things to laugh and feel good about, some things to ponder about..mo hitori no boku..honma ya..maido..
i think i heard "u're not from kansai!!!!!!!" echoing in the distance XD!!!!!!!!!!
and i've just finished my homework for today's counselling: food which affects the endocrine system. It is responsible for our hormones, metabolism, breathing, excretion, movement, reproduction and sensory perception secreted by specialised cells

besides eating fruits and veggies, fish twice a week, adding garlic in cooking, herbs like ginko and ginseng, intakes of calcium, vitamins B, B Complex (fish, chicken, eggs, whole grains, beans, nuts) and C (oranges, berries, sweet potates) also help the maintaining a good balance of the endocrine system

but veggies like cabbage, beans, fruits like apples and peaches, milk - and more - can cause bloating and bleching

and all in all (with the exception of our ns friends) don't stress too much, eat and drink slowly to digest the food properly and reduce after-meal fatigue
