English interpretation for Ganbareh by Sash!

took me years to figure..have to thank Wagashi for tolerating this slow student for the past 2 years
the actual word is "ganbare ( 頑張れ )" It is an informal way of cheering someone on: could be a team, your friend
i assume the "h" behind is either
1. to lengthen the "e" because when you yell "Ganbare!!!" the "e" is dragged
2. to minimise the confusion for Westerners because if the "h" is not added people will mistake it as "gan" and "bare" --"
so comes the fast Japanese-speaking part. The whole sentence in English: "The whole world gathers in Japan and South Korea for World Cup 2002."
Directly interpreted it is, "World Cup 2002 the whole world in Japan and South Korea gathers."
